Nothing to say much, but to Express gratitude towards our CITEHR family, I have made small, simple slide show for my HR family.
I have tried to make LOGO for our HR team. Though this is my own perceptions and thoughts, but your feedback on same will surely make our HR family strong and interactive.

Thank you so much for sharing such honest thoughts. We believe in sharing, which is how we are all here. Words like the ones you put in, inspires us to work harder.
Here's my story . I came across CiteHR while surfing for an online HR Group. This dates back in 2006 . Since then, all thanks to this community, I met my mentors and learned immensely from, hence grown in my career. From a member to an employee to this community, its a dream to live and work for! Each time , I answer a query, I learn and reflect upon my knowledge. This points out the gap in my knowledge, which might have otherwise been ignored. Even when I come across a query, I have no clue about, I still learn from what others have contributed to.
Each time , I see anybody asking for help, I forward it to people whom I know might be able to help. More than a job description , its a call for a cause. Imagine, even at the dead of a night, our members are working to solve each other's problem and answer their queries! We believe that every problem has a solution. Someone has the key to what locks opportunity for others. We as Samaritans, put in the effort to pass the information, so that the need meets the supply. Lets keep the effort up. We are happy at what we are doing. I remain enthralled at the idea, that the contributors here are so mighty strong that they give beyond any measure and remain beyond every trivialities. Long live knowledge sharing ! God bless CiteHR !
