There could be various events depending upon the no. of employees and the budget your company wants to invest in such events. You may go for any of them:
Sports event company wide
Annual award function-this usually collaborated with Corporate anniversary.
Staff outing 1 or 2 days
Staff outing with their family members
Movie outing for all staff
Lunchoen/Dinner
These days there are agenices/companies who also help the Corporates in organising games or events both indoor and outdoor. You can try google for them. The latest trend is simulation games where the agencies specialising in Employee engagement programs arranges for outdoor simulation games which help to develop team management, leadership and coordination skills amongs the groups.
