I am an HR of a fashion retail company
we have hired many sales staff in different states of india now we have to give them training at our corporate office .
so we have to take care of their stay an all. Stay will be in the hotels only.
so I have to give an idea to our management its better to take an apartment near our corporate office premises so that the cost will reduced.
because 1 day expense in a hotel will be somewhere around 5-10 k.
so please help me out in this in making a professional mail with the hotel expense example.
