I cracked an interview of ITES Recruiter. I have got good offer. Before accepting the offer, I would like to know if there is a good future for me as far as my career in ITES Recruitment is concerned? I do not have any prior experience. Neither do I know much about the future career prospects in it. Please help me. Should I go for the job? Are there better prospects for my future?
