Sir, I am a central government employee. Please provide me any circular or any reference of ccs cca rule or govt letter in which it is clarified that, what allowances are admissible in salary calculation.

Presently the 7th Pay Commission report is being implemented. All salary components are discussed there, furthermore ppts of it are available on net for easy understanding.

What do you mean by 'salary calculation'? for which purpose? Anyhow, CCS(CCA) Rules has nothing to do with salary or its calculation; it lays down the procedure for disciplinary proceedings.
