It varies from company to company and according to the type of biz. In our company, GETs are offered the CTC of 4.5 L. Pon

I am from Xavier Institute of Management & Research (XIMR) its a b-school and we are tier 2 bschool and our salary packages for executive placements is beginning from 4.5 lacs we have 3 streams (Fin, HR & Mrktg)
61 students this year
32 - fin
24 - mrktg
5 - HR
and 50% of class is engineers (mostly IT, BE in electronics, B E in Mechanical engg)
