I want to transfer previoys employer PF? Current Employer and previous Employer PF are in One UAN ID. when i try to transfer PF in UAN Login, it saying as ""Details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed".
When I try to withdraw online it saying as "multiple accounts in one UAN id, club both first" .
If i submit UAN form for withdrawal, but there is no option to mention previous employers pf no.. how can i withdraw it? its not possible to go to previous employer.
Please advice

I am also getting the following error. I could not find anywhere to fix this problem. I tried contacting the PF office but still it was not addressed.

@Sankar, Please offline form for transfer and submit to PF Office. I have received email from epf that online transferi is not working.

@AREEFSHAIK - Its working/worked for my friends. Not sure why its not working only for us? PF department also not giving the reason for this error.

i have received reply from EPF to my email, "Dear Member,
Due to some technical error in the OTCP(online transfer claim portal) is not working. Therefore member it is advised to fill transfer form manually(Form 13)get it attested by your previous employer and submit to your regional pf office along with necessary documents(pan and aadhar detail). Inconvenience is highly regretted.

Take offline transfer form "form 13" and fill and take signature of current or previous employer. i did same thing,
i dont know when it will get transferred.
