Hello, I would like to know what treatment needs to be done for Gratuity and Provident fund during Part-Time Policy for employees.

The provisions of Provident Fund are applicable to part-time employee as well and, if he/she completes five years service, the gratuity will also be payable to him/her. Labour Laws do not differentiate between full-time and part-time employees.
