Dear Sir, In my organisation, which I joined recently, salary slips were not being given to anybody. Now, I want to give salary slips to all employees. My question is whether to include travel allowance & daily allowance of salespersons in pay slips, if yes, how can we show? Under which headings? please help

Travel allowances and daily allowance payable to sales persons are not wages but are allowances paid to sales persons only. Normally these are paid on actuals or as per certain sIabs. If you include them in their salary, you will invite troubles when a situation arises to calculate their gratuity etc.
