We are trying to establish the importance of discretion and confidentiality in terms of salary importance. As such, in an attempt to minimize any unnecessary conflict, dispute and dissatisfaction due to variation in salary, benefits, bonuses and any other form of compensation, we want to restrict the access of viewing Staff Salary Account Statement of Colleagues in Core Banking Solution (CBS).
Now, we may configure our CBS to limit the access by applying few rules to an user of the CBS. But the issue is that, by restricting this, our CBS also limiting the access to view the transaction details in various back-end reports (which are very much important to the Bank), eg. Supplementary General Ledger Report, Branch wise All Transaction Reports, Credit Supplementary Reports, which are very much important to reconciliation purpose.
Looking for a solution to establish this restriction as well as not hampering the daily operation of a Bank
