I have joined one group of education institution having Pre primary to K12 CBSE & IGCSE pattern school.
We are planning to prepare a standard operating procedure for my organization as there was no such SOP's or handbook of policy procedure prepared so far.
All the seniors are requested to guide me in this regard what is the basis for making SOP's of any educational institution, what is ideology and what points one should cover while preparing.
If some one is having any sample copy of SOP's of any educational institution. Kindly share me a soft copy which will give me idea to frame the above two.
I earnestly request all seniors /junior HR's in this group to guide me in this regard.
