I was looking for the Induction ppt but got to know the same 5-6 points and some boring things..
How can we make it innovative so that the employee take interest and do we need to include images, if we're looking for professional ppt or while making it professional, we should ignore the images?
Kindly, give some suggestions or if possible then plz share some good ppts..

we need to use the concept of adult learning, which means it has to have more pictures / videos / audio, otherwise endless slides make it dull and bring for new hires irrespective of the level, preferably an org structure, followed by company insight in a video includes global presence, success stories / policies to be explained with pictures and audio
