Dear sir, i wish to inform salary fitment( how to split ctc and gross per month to determine the basic, hra ,conveyance, and special allownce whether bonus, gratuity and ex-gratia, LTA etc,
and sir i want to know either special allowance is considered as DA-part and same will be considered while calculate pf, or not.

Thank you Pratima! We have definitely thought of a 6 month long development program for these identified workmen who are potential candidates for the next level. However, the starting salary of an officer is approx Rs. 20,000 pm and that of the workmen with 15 years experience is Rs. 30,000 pm.
Moreover, the level above the officer level is the Senior Officer level and we are currently not sure about whether we would we able to promote these promotee officers as Senior Officers ever. Typically an officer takes 5-6 years to move to the Senior Officer level. In that case, how can we ensure that the salary of the promotee officer never exceeds that of the next level.
