Dear Komal,
The structure of the organisation would depend on the strength of the organisation... Generally the structure would be like this..
Floor Staffs-
Team Members
Team Leaders and
Department Managers.
Above to them there would be a Store Manager..
Back Office -
Accounts
Store HR
Store Admin
Cshiers
Category staff
Visual Merchandising
Maintenance
These all would be required for a specific store and likewise there would be separate staffs of Warehouse as well.
The number of the Team would depend on the working square foot area..
All the back office staff will report administratively to the store manager but their functional reporting would be to their regional seniors.

Its pleasure to see your quiries with regards to the retail outlets. Since i am into the same business and activities i may help you in your success.
As you asked for a suggestion on the retail outlets zonal wise, region wise, or something like that.... but in real the success is in the stores and merchandising management skills. Forget about the zone and Region ,,,just have an idea about the Location and the people..Lets say you have a store in Delhi or MUmbai..you can sale the low neck T-tops just like that...where as in Hyderabad or Chennai nobody dares to buy those..onlyu few...so the style sence should be there.....
Since i appointed a store manager, sales persons for the outlets at Hyderabad, delhi, chennai, mumbai i am able to manage very successfully.i only concentrate on merchandising..styles age wise..gender wise..season wise...

Girls- KNits, Wovens. Tops, skirts, Jeans, Embroidery, sequence, and lots of,,stoles, kurtas,
