Hello all, We are unable to pay PF online since Sep 19. When we checked with our bank (not in the list available on the PF website) we were informed that they block SBI payment gateway due to security issues.
When we tried to make the payment from ICICI bank (available in the list on PF website) still we were unable to make payment.
Employer help desk informed us that there were no issues at their end nor have they received such complaints.
Please help to resolve the issue at hand. I had attached the screen shot for your reference.
