Hello, I am Riya and I have completed my MBA(HR) from Kurukshetra university in 2019 and I want to build my career in this field. Please suggest what additional courses should I do to enhance myself.

You need to practise HR Management and HR operation by joining a start up company and then change to a company having more employee strength. Exposure to HR field can only help you
to enhance your knowledge.
If you are aiming academically, there are courses which will help you to enhance and enrich your knowledge (check with IIM-Lucknow, XLRI Jamshedpur, TISS, Symbiosis - to name a few)

Dear Riya Sharma,
You have acquired MBA(HR) from Kurukshetra university in 2019. There is no point in doing another master degrees from IIM, XLRI, TISS or Symbiosis spending another 2 years full time.
Rather than you take up an employment, get practical exposure, read various books, bare Acts. Don't rely on google. Check its authenticity. Make some one GURU who is known to you having good knowledge.
I will recommend you short time courses part time in specialised area, only to get in-depth knowledge and not for acquiring any certificate. You have already one Masters Degree.
I will suggest you specialisation in labour laws, industrial psychology or T&D. Do some thing in POSH.
ISTD diploma is a distance learning Programme of 18 months duration but it is recognised by Govt. of India for training of trainers in the country and is designed to meet today’s Training/HRD challenges.
