Our plant is situated in Himachal Pradesh & our total manpower including contractual workmen is around 215 & we have OHC Building consisting of Laboratory Total Area- 16.20 Sq. Mtr, Doctor's Room area- 16.28 Sq. Mtr, Pharmacist's Room area- 17.21 Sq. Mtr, Audiometry, ECG, Spriometry & Record Room area -16.74 Sq. Mtr, One room with two Beds- 27Sq. Mtr.
Presently, we have one MBBS doctor, one pharmacist,two ambulance drivers & one sweeper in our OHC centre. We have few queries regarding staffing of Occupational Health Centre & Ambulance Van:
1. Whether Nurse is required for OHC
2. How many Dresser-cum- compounders are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules'1950.
3. How many sweeper-cum-ward boys are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules'1950.
4. How many driver-cum- mechanics are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules'1950.
5. How many helpers are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules'1950.
