But there is one suggestion. It will be really helpful if you are able to put the Industrial Act with their sections. This will help the reader to familiarize with the Labour Law book easily. Hope to find more PPT's of this sort from your end.

Interesting presentation. However, I do not agree that for long absence you don't issue any Charge sheet. In fact Charge sheet is issued followed by other procedure mentioned by you for long absence for taking punitive or any other action. Dismissal is based on the gravity of the offence.
