Hi Vikas
CCA is city compensatory allowance. It is for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
10% of basic+da is the maximum.few companies has fixed it as Rs.850 for tier-1 and Rs.800 for tier-2. CCA is applicable only for executive and above level.
Cheers

Dear Vikash
CCA Stands for City Compensatory Allowance . The Objective of including this salary element ( Component) is to provide additional amount to meet high expense for individual employee either transfered or deputed to the Metro Cities like Mumbai / Chennai / Kolkata etc .
