Dear All,
I am currently working on a First Time Travel Allowance Policy which should ideally cover the expenses incurred during the international travel such as winter wear, baggage etc.
If anybody has any existing policy, request you to forward me the same.

Dear Malini
You can allow kit allowance ( new clothing for going to abroad-This is applicable once in 3 years. This amount can be fixed according to grade)
Also special allowance can be allowed for the employee, till he stays at
abroad- And he also allowed to draw indian salary also.
Also you can allow him travel fare to india with paid leave for specific number of days and suitable mode of travel (from air port to their native place) also to be added
