Hello, I am working in a bank and have an Rs.2 lacs bond for a 3-year period. My bond period is getting completed in January. I have to serve a notice period of 3 months if I resign. Can I give my resignation in October and serve 3 months' notice, so that my notice will end in January making it 3 years of service without paying the bond amount? And what will be the date of resignation? Will it be October or January? Please clarify
