One of our employee had left service and withdraw his epf amount. (Full settlement). After few months he had joint again at our organization. When I am going to register his name in epf, then previous ID was active. So I have contributing his contribution with the same number. I did not know that he had withdraw his epf. Now again he has left from service. Now when he go to submit his epf claim form, Then EPFO said that his member id claim has already settle.
Now how to claim..his next contribution. please guide me, if anyone has knowledge about this.
