Short: I Received an offer with decent hike and accepted it. After few weeks, I found the Variable component is more which i didn't notice during acceptence.
How to communicate to HR to move my variable component to Fixed.
-Detail: I received offer with Variable component mentioned as LTA & Phone for 1,00,000 which made my salary as expected during HR Discussion with 3 months notice period. My Joining date is 30 days from today. As of now, i dont have any other offers in Hand.
