I have planned to do Post Graduate in Human Resources thru distance. Kindly advise which university certificate is more valid as i have planned to to correspondence. Some says IGNOU and some says Symbosis etc need a proper guidance

Hi Praveen,
I would say Symbiosis is better than IGNOU. I am also doing PGDM from Symbiosis Distance learning centre.
They provide good online support to students & the most important thing , there is a lot of flexibility for online examination, You may choose any examination centre & date of examination.
Symbiosis is having good reputation in the industry.
If you are doing job with your distance learning course & you dont time to give exams, you may complete your exam in next 4 days from the date of admission.

First of all, please note that Symbiosis (SCDL) does not award PGDM it is PG Diploma and it has neither academic value nor corporate value

I am a senior process executive professional who has been functioning in a Customer service role as a Process Trainer and SME (Subject matter expert) for more than 5 years. I posse’s strong People Handling and Interpersonal Skills.
I have worked as HR Executive (voice process) for 6 months. I am interested in leveraging my experience and skills to HR team.
I wish to join a team where I can use my few relevant transferable skills from BPO to HR
The field that I can be related to my experience would be Employee Engagement/ Relation.
1. Are they any company which would prefer people without an MBA or PGDM Course for the above mentioned role.
2. Can you suggest me best HR center which provide HR training course with certification in Bangalore.
