PL earned pro rata for the months/ days worked along with the accumulated balance should be allowed to be encashed by the employee who is leaving the company.

Hi, At the time of exit of an employee PL outstanding ( eligibility till his relieving date only) to be encashed and to be added along with his/her full and final settlement.
