While generating UAN for new employees its mendatory to give the aadhar details. Post PF website cross verifies the details provided by us with the UDAI. The UAN may not get generated if there is any mismatch with Name, Gender, DOB etc. But in few cases even though all the detail match the PF website throws the same error. i.e. Basic demographic details does not match and I am not able to link those employees to PF. What is the remedy for this? Please suggest.

ask to member to visit the aadhaar enrollment center with his address proof / date of birth proof and mobile number linking form they will correct the data

In few cases I am facing same issue even though with the updated aadhar. We are asking employees to submit there e aadhar in such cases but same issue we are facing.

They might have the different demograohic details like dob, surname etc in previous uan & they changed the demographic details later after they left the previous job & now they are getting error in enrollment due to change in the basic details. They need to correct the the basic details in previous employer portal.
