As far as i know about the laws and knowledge that i have earned allow me to say that even after divorce you and your children will be able to get social and financial security by your husband but not in ancestrally property.
Second, I would suggest you to resolve your problems by giving your 100+. Divorce is not the solution of problem i would say.. If there is the case of mutual divorce, then your problem can also be solved by discussing, by putting extra efforts, to understand the others point of view and giving time to relationship. The things which are not in your favor required your special attention but with wise actions.
I am not as big as others and experienced with life like Mr Simhan and you but knows by going with divorce, life wont be too easy and problems can be solved by discussing them with better understanding.
