Hello Members, What to do if HR is providing bogus salary slips? Where to complain for investigation and action in case when top management is not bothered in this subject.

In any company such "bogus" documents are not encouraged in most of the cases. The suggested way is to first explore internal redressal mechanism first.
There may be Internal Audit Department / Help Line/ Corporate HR/ Top Management to go through such bad practices and to rectify. As you mentioned if it not working and these agencies are insensitive the option is to raise this as a compliant to the Inspecting authority under Payment of Wages Act. If you are a Factory, then normally, the Director of Factories in your area and If you are a Shop or Establishment then you may approach the Labour Enforcement Officer / Asst Commissioner of Labour for remedy.
