I started my Recruitment Agency one month ago. I am getting many request for Candidate Recruitment - (For E.g. The Elite employees who can't find time to look for an employment under work pressure, want agent to look and assist for their recruitment).
Please tell me the process is prevalent in India. Please advise me how I should go ahead with this process.
