Hi, I am currently looking at various options to improve employee performance. In order to make the employees motivated and also have a fair and equitable system to reward those high performers more, can someone in the forum suggest some proposals on how to structure an effective reward scheme that will motivate the employees and ensure the organization benefits overall.
