As per Central Govt Act means? The labour law can be enacted either by the Central Government or by the State Government or by both. There are a number of Acts which will be applicable to to the HR functions of any establishments, many of which are Central Acts and many are State Acts. If you specify which one is required, we will see whether we 'know' it or not.
