What do you do and why do you want the questionnaire? Unless you describe the scenario and clearly state your aims and objectives, it becomes difficult to help you. Had you checked CiteHr and seen previous threads such as https://www.citehr.com/252824-questi...al-scheme.html you would have found that such queries without sufficient details do not get positive responses.

Had you read my post and digested it, you would have found that you need to give more information about yourself, the reasons for conducting the project, etc. Also, had you accessed my previous posts, you would have gathered that I help those that do some work by themselves and then seek clarifications rather than seek basic information that can be found by searching the web.
