Hi, We are soon shifting to Gurgaon office from Delhi office. Our head office is in Kolkata. We have planned to create ESIC sub code under Kolkata instead of having new code of ESIC at Gurgaon. Is that a good idea ?? What are the precautions to be taken?

ESIC sub code of gurgaon can also be taken under kolkata code, and can be paid by kolkata office
in case the kolkata based company want to get a kolkata based sub code .........what is its utility? they can do it with their existing code itself
if the sub code is not taken in gurgaon region, then the sub code will not get any local office at gurgaon, and hence the gurgaon office staff would have to run kolkata always for compliance,

Create sub-unit registration at Gurgaon.
Take the prints of few forms generated there-in and submit the same to the gurgaon local office.
But you have to register all your employees in this sub code without fail.
