Can someone help me with the minimum wages for furnitures factory. We are licensed manufacturer of furnitures/sofas.
I tried to google the requirement, but in none of the document has clearly spoken about furnitures.
Specifically for designations with Helper, Carpenter, Packer, Painter who are skilled employees working under supervison
Also please share me with the examples of statutory bonus calculations for factory employees. We are happy to be paying bonus to our employees on every diwali but I need it to paid as Statutory bonus instead of onetime bonus on diwali. Or let me know if we pay as onetime bonus on diwali, will we face any compliance issue?
