I have to calculate back wages for a group of employees hence need the data of minimum wage of Bihar (from 1974 till 14-11-2000) & Jharkhand (from 15-11-2000 till date). Also the EPF interest from 1974 is required to be calculated, hence % paid as interest is required.
Also pls advise what all other components and process to be considered for calculation of back wages.
