Yes Sunayna in my view JIT is the concept that can be applied everywhere. It orginated in Manufacturing and used at shopfloors. Same way in HR the department can preempt the needs of other Deprtments and available the resources as and when required. Pre estimate of the training needs and making it available on demand can help the organization to save hell lot of money. It is my opinion with respect to the JIT and HR relation.
