Thank you for sharing the Holiday List with all of us. Can you also share what is required to be provided(Documents) to a new joinee when they join. It'll be great if you can support this with documents.
FYI We provide them with a welcome letter signed by MD during induction program, All the employees state wise and designation wise contact details, souvenir of the organization to give a big picture of the company and a company dairy. we are giving employee handbook along with the appointment letter. Are we missing any documents? pls suggest
