my company is deducting Rs. 35K per month from my salary as per order by high court to give my wife (divorced case) from September 12 on wards. Company received a notice from High Court. My queries are:-
1. is it liable to show in any financial report of the company's book?
2. can i claim the income tax rebate on this?
