I joined a company on 24th May and accepted another offer from Organization B on 28th May but later informed them after 1 day that i will not be joining Organization B and dropped the onboarding process. But unfortunately, they opened my EPF account due to which overlap of DoJ and DoE has happened so won't take any salary this confusion has happened and no organization is ready to help here. What to do to get my EPF transfer sorted. Do i need to talk to a lawyer if a genuine mistake happens where I didn't work for Org? B still I will be penalized for a lifetime? How to get my EPF amount on retirement?
