I worked for Everonn Malad Mumbai for around 1.5 yrs.I left the organization with 1 mon notice period , but still my salary is not paid for Jan,13.Trying to call them multiple times but giving excuses that they have closed that office, but still they have multiple offices in Mumbai.The owner dont pick up call and neither reply to message.Is there something legal that can be done against them.

Write a letter to office of Labour Commissioner, Kamgar Bhawan, BKC, Mumbai 400 52 stating the fact of your case with name & addresses of your company. Request the office to intervain to get your dues. Whenever the office calls you, please attend.

Alka, Have you tried meeting them in person.. if not please do so. Legal way is the last thing you may want to do. Have you written a professional email to them on the below ids.. if not.. you could do that. Check linkedin for some senior professionals in that company.. and you should get some one's details to talk to.

Give a complaint to Labour Officer, If the company don't clear the payment on right time they are liable for punishment, so contact officer immediately so that they will take necessary action.
