I worked for the company for one day. That 1 day is Showing in PF details. As DOJ is 25-07-2021 and DOE also 25-07-2021. The company didn't provide me a relieving letter for this. I left because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had given my resignation on the mail that i will not able to join the company further And Hr only replied "Ok" on that mail. Will it create any problem for BGV if i am going to join any MNC?? Can the Company consider me as absconding??
