Dear Team, I want to avoid overtime and instead give employees enough rest.
We are working in a 3 shift pattern covering 40hours a week, the situation is as;
1. I have 3 employees one per shift, how many should I add so that they work for 5days in a week?
2. I have 2 employees one per shift, how many should I add so that they work for 5days in a week?
3. I have 1 employee in general shift, how many should I add so that they work for 5days in a week?
Hoping to hear your expertise advise as soon as possible.
