PF - our company is in heavy dues, how could we settle this case in legal and right process?

Hi Sir, I am working as a HR in an organisation. There is a case in my company related to pf inspection. Where PF inspector not inquired since before 2013 and now a PF inspector visited and found some dues in past PF details. Now our company is in heavy dues, how could we settle this case in legal and right process, please guide the procedure.

Hi Riya,
You should have been given an official letter/ notice by the EPF Office, if not you can wait for the same.
Right process is approach the Commission-orate of EPF after such receipt with the details mentioned in the reply to the notice for clearance.
