Dear All, I have one more question, we are into Flexi staffing in the IT consulting industry and depute our software engineers to our various clients and in turn our clients depute to them to their project sites/clients premises, does this activity comes under CLRA/ should we get ourselves registered under the CLRA.

Mr. GGm if you are raising the bill against manpower & your strength is 20 or more that CLRA is applicable upon you on particular company.
And if advise/ consultancy bill than not applicable.
