My self Pandian A , i was worked GEPL CAPITAL PVT LTD , From JAN -2008 TO March -2014 More Than six years , they people settled me EPF amount but my FFS , Dec -2013 Salary +Convenyance and Gratuity amount till date , kindly help to get my earning amount asap.
I Confirmed April 2014 to Hr depot , they confirmed my gratuity amount 41,000Rs + but no proper responce after that , Ho located at mumbai so cant follow continiously,
Firm is brokerage concern , they peoples told branch have Amc debit and some client debit i am already gave reply and helped to recover but in my settlement they people not settling .
