SPIRITUALITY and HUMAN VALUES in MANAGEMENT



In our day to day life we are encountering several ethical questions. Does really the present management giving importance to the Human values? At what extent our so called principles guide spirituality helps in deleviring our management functions?



Just think ones while delivering our duties whether they are ethically acceptable and they have the human values or not. Spirituality, many people do different kind of rituals but where as coming to the execution of those principles guided by the Epics, they are no where.

If the situation is like this, how can the present generation and youth will move in a correct direction. Being the professionals of Management we should take care about this.

MANAGEMENT consists MANAGE-''ME'', and MANAGE-''MEN''

so first we should follow the HUMAN ETHICAL VALUES in our day to day life and we should be as a rolemodel for others.



I hope every one think about the HUMAN VALUES and their SPIRITUAL BELIFS while performing their work.

You are right....Practice of Human Values is of Paramount importance when it comes to consistency and long standing success.
Organizations who have value system in place have been growing steadily like the TATAs , Infosys etc... But unfortunately some organisations have resorting to business at any cost and have also taken the beating during economic crisis.
These values MUST be taught in B schools as a part of the curriculam so that we have a generation of young managers who are ethically strong, morally upright with a good SQ.
