Post Graduate Program in HR without Industrial Relations and Labour Laws as one of the major electives is just a waste. This is a dull subject and the College academic councils use to give least preference to Labour Laws but this is the only paper which can be directly applied to your company once you get a job in HR. Along with it, you can opt for Compensation Management. Other subjects might give you good marks but will not help you much in your career.
Sorry, I have drown this from my experience in HR for over two decades during which I have had the opportunity to train a number of freshers from reputed Management Schools most of them had not given importance to Labour Laws in their academics
