We allow 1 paid leave to our employee in a month and we also have a sandwich policy that is 6 days leaves shall be counted as 7 .
In this case the employee has taken 6 leaves in a month so I want to know that shall I deduct 1 paid leave from this month's 1st or count it as 7 leaves and then deduct the paid leave?
Please explain
