Very Good one.
I chanced upon "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Dr. S.R. Covey, in the year 1997.
It transformed my life.
You have made very good presentation - it will bring clarity to many.

Very comprehensive and nice though what is urgent and what is important can sometimes be consfusing.
Maybe one more point could be added. Keep some time free for unexpected events or murphy's law- anything that can go wrong will go wrong .
