Hi, Can anybody help me with leave rules (Casual leaves, Sick Leaves & Earned Leaves) applicable in Haryana State?

Hi,

Please refer the respective Act for leave rules. If your Establishment is covered under Shops and Establishment Act then you need to follow leave rules as stipulated in the Act. Similarly if your Establishment is covered under Factories Act then you need to follow leave rules as per Factories Act

Dear Member,
If your unit is running in the state of Haryana & is covered under Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 as applicable to the state of Haryana then in that case you are grant these leaves under this applicable Act & for this purpose you are to go through section 14. If your unit is covered under Factories Act, 1948 then you are to grant EL in accordance with leave with wages chapter of this Act & for SL & CL you are required to grant these leaves under PIE ( National & Festival Holidays & Sick and casual Leaves) Act,1965 as applicable to the state of Haryana.
